BACKGROUND:
Across the galaxy, in the Kepler System, is a planet we humans call Kepler 452b. The natives of the planet call it Ninga, and themselves Ningans. These carbon-based lifeforms resemble humans in almost every way, though their culture is slightly more advanced.

Once contact was made between Earth and Ninga, it was decided that Ninga would send a representative to Earth as a sort of cultural exchange, fact finding mission. Nadass Vihalen was chosen to be that representative. She now lives among the humans on Earth, learning about us and studying our culture, compiling her findings to be reported back to Ninga someday.

She tours Earth as a cultural ambassador, visiting every country she can, giving speeches and meeting with world leaders. She keeps extensive notes of her travels, with photos and pages upon pages of writing. Recipes, songs, histories written and oral. Everything that makes Earth unique finds its way into her notes.

There was a lot of press coverage when she first arrived, but by this point in her mission, most Earthlings have forgotten she exists. She looks no different from the average human, merely a little denser and with green-tinged blood. She uses this fact to her advantage, doing her best to blend into the cities and towns she visits so as to get an accurate view of what life is like, rather than just the polished view the government wants her to see.

PERSONALITY:
Nadass is curious, polite, and kind. She was chosen for her mission because she is one of the stars in her field of cultural anthropology. Even before training to leave for Earth, she wrote multiple histories of the various cultures of Ninga. She was trained both physically, to survive the journey through space, and diplomatically, to serve as the face for her entire species. She knows exactly how to avoid conflict whenever it threatens to arise.

She's playful, when not "on duty" as ambassador, and has, since coming to Earth, become addicted to coffee. She's an animal lover as well as a people lover. Her constant moving prevents her from adopting an Earth pet, but back home she had a pet which she loved very much.

While Nadass' position as observer mandates that she remain respectful of all cultures' beliefs and traditions, she herself believes strongly in equality for all. This has led to tense relations with some of Earth's more conservative groups, but Nadass does her best to put her own feelings aside when acting in an official capacity. She also works hard not to show any Earth country preferential treatment over any other. Her work is important to her, as she is essentially setting the standard for all future interactions between Earth and Ninga.

INCENTIVE: To be able to return home to Ninga. Earth technology is not quite up to Ningan technology, and is currently unable to send her home. She knew going in that this mission would essentially strand her on a foreign planet, but after three years surrounded by people who feel at home in their various cultures, she's become homesick. She would not ask to be immediately transported back, but rather for Eudio's aide in creating a ship that will allow her to return home in another year or so.

FIT:
Nadass has no sexual hangups and is in fact well versed in learning to fit into a new environment. Honestly, if there were such thing as a perfect candidate for Eudio, it would be Nadass. She is not only willing, but eager to try everything a new culture has to offer. Bisexuality is a deeply rooted part of Ningan culture, too, so Nadass doesn't care about the gender of the people she has to cuddle in order to achieve her incentive.

CONSENT:
Nadass has never broken, and would never break consent. She believes sexual intimacy should be an informed decision made by two adults, and would respect any answer she may get to the question, "do you want to sleep with me?" whether or not it's the answer she's hoping for.

Also, Nadass is physically compatible with humans in every way. The only way her Ningan physiology would hinder her would be if she were to suddenly need a blood transfusion, as Ningan blood is more copper-based.
